The Deep Dive Innovation learnings

It was an extremely refreshing video of a firm is creating a culture and process where people can routinely come with new innovative ideas. The cores that the video demonstrated are –

 Encourage Focus chaos

 “Enlighten trial and error succeed over the planning of a lone genius”

The hit lies in the process of applying an idea and giving it a form that functions.
Every day we come up with new ideas, but out of those very few are the ones that take shape, therefore the insight is to come up with a process that makes these ideas function.
The person who gives a design to a certain idea puts in a lot of research and pays special attention to minute details that usually go unnoticed by a common eye.
The best way of shaping an idea is by learning from the real experts the ones who are actually involved in the activity or with the product than by learning it all by yourself to get the genuine information.
While designing an entity it’s imperative to study and observe it like a social anthropologist.

When working on a innovative or creative project with team members involved–

 Take a deep dive in the project
 Encourage one conversation at a time
 Stay focused
 Encourage Wild eyes
 Differ judgment
 Build on the ideas of others
 Do not refrain yourself from criticizing an idea

It’s imperative to encourage wild ideas so that one can fabricate on those wild ideas that can end up being improved ideas. Because if everybody will come up with sane and appropriate things there will not be any point to take off to build a really ground-breaking idea.
These are some of the most workable and encouraging learnings’, which I would like to happily inculcate in myself .
